urShelf, LLC started in the Summer of 2003 because as four college students ourselves we knew that college books are an unforeseen expensive cost. Being avid users of the internet and auction style websites, we knew that an auction site just for textbooks would create a perfect world for college students to find and sell their textbooks fast, easy and at good prices.
